Amber brings to Holon Law Partners a unique blend of legal, regulatory, and policy expertise. She has helped companies across highly regulated industries—including dietary supplements, food and beverage, hemp, cannabis, and healthcare—navigate complex compliance environments while managing risk, expanding market access, and protecting market share.
Prior to joining Holon Law, Amber practiced at Ice Miller LLP and served in key roles with the American Herbal Products Association, the Natural Products Association, and the Minority Cannabis Business Association. Her leadership and vision have shaped national conversations on equity and access in regulated markets.
Recognized by Business Insider as one of the nation’s top industry lobbyists, Amber regularly engages with lawmakers and regulators at all levels of government. She has testified before the U.S. Congress on issues ranging from small business capital access to cannabis policy reform. Her insights and advocacy continue to drive meaningful change for emerging markets and underrepresented communities.
