Jashaswi Ghosh is a corporate transactional attorney and strategic advisor focused on healthcare, life sciences, and technology. He is a Limited Partner at Holon Law Partners LLP, where he advises venture-backed and growth-stage companies, as well as institutional investors, on structuring, financing, commercializing complex regulated innovations and regulatory advisory matters.
 
His work sits at the intersection of science, capital, and execution. Jashaswi regularly structures licensing and collaboration agreements, technology transfer arrangements, strategic partnerships, growth financings, and M&A transactions for companies translating highly technical innovation into scalable enterprises. He works closely with founders and executive teams on corporate architecture, intellectual property positioning, capital strategy, and investor readiness, helping ensure that scientific breakthroughs are structured to be fundable, partnerable, and defensible.

Jashaswi holds an LL.M. in Law, Science, and Technology from Stanford Law School and a B.Sc. LL.B. from Gujarat National Law University.
