Shani Phillips Counsel

Shani Phillips is Counsel with Holon Law Partners and focuses her practice on Business Law and Confidential Asset Management.

Ms. Phillips’ passion and legal interests include individual privacy rights, where she works to provide people with confidential property ownership. She has experience advocating for issues pertaining to veterans’ rights, disability rights, and refugee rights. She was recognized for her research on Colorado disability laws, identifying gaps in the laws that negatively impact adults with mild to moderate cognitive impairments, and drafting model legislation to narrow that gap.

Outside of practicing law, Ms. Phillips spends her time hiking, skiing, traveling, cooking, and gardening. She is conversational in German and French and has functional capabilities in Spanish and Arabic.
