Eric Postow is the Co-Founder, Managing Partner, and Chief Strategy Officer of Holon Law Partners, a modern law firm built to serve companies operating at the intersection of innovation, complex regulation, and increasingly international markets. He advises founders, executives, and institutional partners navigating high-stakes legal, strategic, and policy environments across frontier industries.

As a principal architect of Holon’s multidisciplinary operating model, Eric has developed a platform designed for adaptability, collaboration, and long-term strategic alignment. Under his leadership, Holon has expanded into core practice areas including artificial intelligence, intellectual property, corporate transactions, regulated cannabis and hemp, food and beverage, complex commercial litigation, and distributed general counsel services.

Eric is known for functioning as a co-strategist to leadership teams, helping organizations manage regulatory complexity while building durable business structures in rapidly evolving sectors. His advisory work increasingly spans healthcare, biotechnology, fintech, emerging technology, and natural and plant-based therapeutic industries, where regulatory frameworks and market design evolve in real time.

A former U.S. Marine Corps strategic planner and Washington, D.C. talent strategist, Eric brings a disciplined systems approach to institutional problem-solving and relationship-driven counsel. As Co-Chair of Holon’s Emerging Technologies Practice Group, he leads thought leadership on AI governance, compliance, and organizational transformation, including the strategic development of emerging executive roles such as the Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO).

Eric serves as Global General Counsel to HyperCycle, a pioneering Internet-of-AI infrastructure network, advising on the legal architecture, governance, licensing frameworks, and regulatory strategy underpinning one of the most ambitious emerging platforms for next-generation agent coordination and intelligent digital economies.

Eric is deeply engaged in federal policy and legislative affairs, particularly at the convergence of artificial intelligence, decentralized technologies, and regulated product markets. He convenes executives, counsel, and policymakers through forums such as Holon’s AI Policy Breakfast Series in Washington, D.C., and New York City, supporting early engagement with the next generation of federal AI governance, market structure, and enterprise adoption.

His litigation practice includes complex federal disputes, administrative and agency-facing challenges, and appellate-oriented strategy in regulated industries.

Eric is based in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan region, with strategic relationship anchors in New York City and across national regulatory corridors, positioning Holon as a vital partner at the intersection of law, policy, and innovation.
